What to Expect

Every Wednesday from 9:15 am until 10:15 am, I will be holding a Vinyasa Slow Flow yoga practice. These classes invite you to move with intention led by your breath, helping to release tension and reconnect with yourself.

Also on Wednesdays from 10:30 am until 11:30 am, I lead a mum and baby yoga class. This is for post natal recovery and for babies up to crawling age.

Located at the Natural Fitness Society, Spithurst Hub.

9:15am - 10:15am

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

A thoughtfully guided session combining intentional movement, mindful transitions and conscious breath. The studio is set in nature, providing you the perfect backdrop to leave feeling grounded, restored and not rushed. This class is suitable for all levels.

10:30am - 11:30am

Mum and baby yoga

A nurturing yoga space for new mums and babies up to crawling age, designed to support post natal recovery. A welcoming place to feel supported in early motherhood and connect within the local community.
