Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Suitable for all tri-mesters of pregnancy from 17 weeks and postpartum.

These classes are designed to give the practical tools incorporating breath work, movement practice and visualisation relaxation to hold you throughout pregnancy, into birth and beyond.

A space for you to deeply connect with your pregnancy including postpartum, tune into your changing body and move with love and grace.

These classes also provide a community which can be vital support as you journey through pregnancy and into motherhood - developing life long friendships
