’Chill Down Sundays’ is a four-week evening yoga series created to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself, one soothing Sunday at a time.
Running over four weeks (6pm -7:30pm), these sessions invite you to soften your body, quiet your mind, and reset your nervous system after a busy week, allowing you to move into the next week feeling restored.
Join the full month-long journey or drop into the sessions that call to you most.
Perfect if you’re feeling overstimulated, tired, tight, or simply craving a slower Sunday evening.
Week OneIntention Setting
Arrive, reflect, and consciously shape the week ahead. We will be working with your intention throughout the practice.
15th March 6pm - 7:30pm
Week TwoSelf-Reflection & Observation
Tune inward, move mindfully, and cultivate self awareness. The session will be centered around Svadhyaya, one of the limbs of yoga that represents self study. Feel free to bring a journal!
3rd May 6pm - 7:30pm
Week ThreePostural Awareness & Reset
Release habitual tension and restore balance in your body. Especially beneficial for anyone experiencing work-related tension and fatigue.
10th May 6pm - 7:30pm
Week FourDeep Relaxation & Yoga Nidra
Sink into stillness and leave feeling deeply rested. The session will begin with gentle yoga movement and close with the practice of Yoga Nidra. You’ll be gently led into a state of deep, restorative rest.
31st May 6pm - 7:30pm
Spaces are limited to keep sessions calm and spacious.
